Born in Catalonia (Spain) to French parents, I was attracted from a young age to other countries and other ways of life. The Pyrenees, the geographical border between Spain and France, have always been part of my emotional landscape. My ancestors haven been moving from one side to the other of those beautiful mountains following their own destinies. So languages and cultures were common topics at home, and the dictionary was never far from our dining table.

I received from my parents their love for the French language and the passion for teaching. Promoting a foreign culture and translating novels were for me a natural way of opening windows into other realities. 

Meanwhile life was bringing wins and losses. After several losses of loved ones in a short period of time I came accross Family Constellations. I was deeply moved by this therapeutic work that helped me to find strength and life where I used to feel drained and hopeless. I learnt to open the windows of my own house that were kept closed before.  A beam of light came in and some of my family system's hidden dynamics were suddenly revealed to me.

I decided to train myself in Family Constellations at the Institut Gestalt in Barcelona. Working as a highschool teacher, I also started to realise that students diagnosed with some kind of personality disorder were "busy" with their own family system dynamics and were not "available" to learn and thrive at school. I learnt that family loyalties and entanglements have always priority over academic learning. Family Constellations was a turning point in my approach to teaching, giving me the tools to address what really matters to my students and their families first, so they could engage in their learning later.

In 2013 I made the big move over to Australia, where I now live with my  Australian husband and our three beautiful sons. I offer training, workshops and individual sessions online and face-to-face in Newcastle. I also teach French at the Alliance Française.  

I swapped my cherished Pyrenees for the sparkling Awaba lake, where we continue juggling with languages at the dining table :)
